MidTown Grill.

Must-Order: Chicken & Waffle — Southern fried chicken breast and sweet waffle Aptly located in Midtown Tosa, MidTown Grill serves comfort food and breakfast all day long. This family-owned and operated spot in the heart of Tosa offers diner classics with a modern touch. Prepare to devour their street breakfast tacos, corned beef hash, chicken and waffles, avocado toast, and country fried chicken.

BelAir Cantina. 

Must-Order: Chilaquiles Rojos — fried tortilla chips, roja salsa, queso fresco, cilantro, onions, crema, scrambled eggs Make your way over to East Tosa for BelAir Cantina — a Tosa Mexican staple that offers brunch on weekends from 10AM to 3PM.
