What to order: Reykr Old-Fashioned

A Wisconsin staple, the old-fashioned is a must when you travel here.

Eldr+Rime, which loosely translates to Fire + Ice, puts their own spin on this Midwestern classic with their Reykr (smoke) Old-Fashioned, which features high west American prairie bourbon, Dewar’s scotch, Angostura bitters, cardamom bitters, and Demerara.

Lucky Joe’s Tosa

What to order: Oaxacan Campfire

The next best thing to camping, Lucky Joe’s Wauwaosa brings the campfire to their local restaurant with the Oaxacan Campfire cocktail.

Torched to perfection, this beverage features Sombra mezcal, birch, pineapple, and lime. Plus, you receive a sweet treat on top: a toasted marshmallow garnish!

Buckatabon

What to order: Hopped on the “Grass”hopper

A Wisconsin supper club-style restaurant in the Tosa Village, Buckatabon has a frozen drink menu that is quite the treat.

Located on the ‘Frank’s Frozen Favorites’ portion of their drink menu, the “Grass”hopper is a CBD oil-infused frozen beverage complete with vanilla ice cream, creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and whipped cream — talk about a chill drink.
