Welcome to Heat Haven at Hart Park

Make the colder months a little cozier. Step inside, breathe deep, and reap the benefits of sauna bathing. The Heat Haven sauna park is Wauwatosa’s newest place to relax, recharge, and connect with the community—all while enjoying the timeless traditions of sauna bathing, socializing around the fires, and enjoying a handcrafted beverage. So, step in and find a new way to stay warm. Heat Haven is open late November through April 2026.

What to Expect

At Heat Haven Sauna Park at Hart Park, guests move through a rhythm that’s part wellness ritual, part social adventure. Upon arrival, visitors check in with a team member who gives them a quick tour of the park and a cozy place to change. From there, it’s a 75-minute journey of heat, cool, and repeat—usually three rounds of sauna time, each lasting 10-15 minutes, followed by fresh air by the fire or a splash at the cooling station.

The sessions are self-paced and relaxed, guided by intuition, not a clock. Between rotations, guests sip tea or a handcrafted mocktail, chat with new friends, or simply listen to the crackle of the fire. It’s not about performance or perfection. It’s about presence.

After your sweat session, you’re just a short walk up the Oak Leaf Trail to the shops, restaurants and holiday experiences in The Village of Wauwatosa.
